Introduced in 1889 by Luther Burbank, this classic California plum is medium-small, purplish-red skinned, with blood-red flesh. Sweet, juicy and tender with a lot of flavor, it is semi clingstone and ripens midseason. A vigorous, hardy and heavy bearing tree.
